But, the fire in Abbu towards his saree business and love for sarees burned more in his belly. He wanted to establish a showroom that represented his dreams. From this fire, Swamini Sarees – Sadiyon Ki Maharani came into existence in 2002, first in Shagun Chowk, Pune, on the 1st floor of a building. He wanted the name to reflect the women's hearts. Of the several names suggested by Raviraj Publicity, Pune, Swamini Sarees appealed to him the most. The showroom’s logo represented our culture well.
The response got here was overwhelming. Nothing stopped buyers from visiting the place and getting the sarees they wanted. There was a saree for everyone at Swamini. The footfalls kept increasing. It was time to move to a larger place to offer even more variety of sarees. They shifted to the present showroom on Kumthekar Road, Pune. Raviraj Publicity generated advertisements that worked for the established brand. This location is now a landmark amongst saree lovers.
